Shipping
International orders are shipped under International priority services with our carriers FedEx, DHL, India Post and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
The delivery time is estimated to be 10-15 business days; however this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country.
In case of multi-seller orders, all products will be first consolidated at a location within India and then dispatched to the International destination.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges
Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered.
International purchasers are advised to contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information.

1. How long can Order fulfillment take?
It can take 3 – 15 days, based on many factors. We try our best to deliver as early as possible. Some of our customers have received in just 2 days via DHL,FEDEX express delivery.

2. Which international shipping partner do we use?
Our International logistics partner is DHL, they ensure fast and timely delivery of the products to you within 3-5 working days. Some of our customers have received their items within 2 days.

3. I can’t bear shipment cost, is there any work around?
Yes, some of our customers shipped their order to a friend in India and later collected it on a visit. Shipping rates to Indian pin-codes are very reasonable.

4. Do I have to pay the CUSTOMS?
Yes, every country has custom duties and its called import tax. PINKWINKGIRL currently offers shipping on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Customs value depends on your invoice declared value and custom rates are different in different countries. For SAREE,artificial jewellery it is less than 10% of invoice declared value. As a recipient, you are liable to pay the country specific import duties at the time of receiving the items. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country’s customs on arrival. We do not offer return shipping for international orders, so make sure you read the item specifics and clear all your doubts with your personal assistant.

5. CANCELLATIONS
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

6. RETURNS and REFUNDS
At the moment, we do not offer return shipping for international orders.

7. Payment Methods
You can pay via all major international cards – VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.
